In this lesson, students look at the changes to the female body through puberty. This includes body hair, alterations to one’s vulva, controlling sweat, acne amongst other aspects of puberty. This lesson focusses on, despite all these changes, loving your developing body and includes many activities one can do to promote a healthy body image. This lesson includes self reflection, quizzes, and videos on how beauty standards have consistently changed throughout the centuries so there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to beauty.
